Booking Terms and Condition:
- Minimum stay is 2 nights
- 50% deposit is required to confirm and to secure the booking
 - The balance due is settled upon arrival by cash or credit card
- Deposit can be paid by credit card (required a signed credit card authorization, photo copy of passport card holder for identification purposes and copy of both side of  the credit card; and 3% bank charge)
- Deposit payment is also possible by bank transfer, we must receive the total amount of deposit (transfer fee is charged to the payer)
